Practical training for farmers, technicians and advisors

Please note that all our training courses are conducted exclusively in French.

Master the measurement of redox potential (Eh/pH), lacto-fermented preparations, and water dynamization for living soils and more resilient & robust plants.

Learn how to diagnose the health of your soils and plants, how to make your own lacto-fermented preparations and how to optimize your water quality — with practical measurement and analysis tools and protocols that can be applied as soon as you return to the farm.

From a global understanding to concrete and practical applications for a more naturally resilient and robust agriculture

My proposal is to present the various tools of agroecology by recontextualizing them, highlighting the complementarities between each tool, and prioritizing them. Understanding the measurement of redox potential (Eh/pH) applied to agriculture is a powerful way to understand our practices, how they interact with the soil, our plants, and organic matter inputs. It is also a powerful and effective way to understand the practices that restore our agricultural ecosystems!

Which agroecological practices are key and levers for regenerating soils and supporting crops? Which ones provide support and complement existing practices? Which ones are essential and mandatory if we want to accelerate soil regeneration? Which ones refine the process and add a finishing touch?

I offer simple and inexpensive diagnostic tools, low-cost and easy-to-implement practices, and complementary natural, effective, and universal techniques to support the health of your plants and soil.

=> Upon request, I can design a program tailored to your needs. Anything is possible: a half-day or multi-hour workshop, a conference, or a training session. I work with both the general public and professionals. The program is flexible and can be adapted to your specific requirements. If a group is already formed, I can travel to you. I collaborate with a training organization if needed. I would be delighted to discuss your project!

3 complementary modules to move from intuition to precision

Each module can be taken independently or as part of a complete course.

Module 1 provides an in-depth understanding of redox potential (Eh/pH) measurement and its applications in agriculture, as well as the mastery of measuring instruments. It is primarily intended for those interested in fundamental research.

For practical, hands-on applications, I recommend Modules 2 and 3. If you had to choose between Modules 2 and 3, I would suggest starting with Module 2. Note that it is possible to complete Modules 2 and 3 over two days.

Module 1

Redox potential Eh/pH:
Diagnose, measure, act

What is the measurement of the redox potential (Eh/pH)? What are its applications in agriculture? What insights do these analyses offer for agriculture? What are the complementary analyses and measurement techniques?

  • Understanding redox potential as a diagnostic tool for soil and plant health
Identifying the impact of your agricultural practices on the Eh/pH balance of your system
Linking redox state to pest susceptibility: why some plants attract pests and how to address this
  • Discovering practical applications: fermented extracts, lacto-fermented preparations, measured effects, and field results
  • Exploring advanced complementary techniques for monitoring plant health: sap measurement using Nova Crop Control
Practicing measurement: operating the equipment on your own samples (compost, manure, fermented extracts, trace element products, algae, etc.)
  • Mastering measurement techniques for soils, plants, manure, compost, water, etc.

Module 2

Fermented extracts & lacto-fermented preparations:
recipes, manufacturing and application protocols

Purins, macerations, fermented extracts, decoctions, TCO herbal teas… You hear about them everywhere, but without really knowing who does what, how effective they are, which recipe is for which use? What dosage for what result? This training gives you the keys to understanding all the existing biostimulants and to producing and applying your own lacto-fermented preparations methodically.

  • Repositioning fermented extracts within the framework of redox potential (Eh/pH) and agroecological techniques in general: understanding why they work (or don’t) —
Understanding the effects of lacto-fermented preparations on soil, plants, manure/compost, animals, water and ponds, and water management…
Recontextualizing with all complementary natural techniques (biostimulants): what are the synergies and which should be prioritized?
Discovering different recipes for fermented extracts/lacto-fermentations and their specific properties
Mastering the manufacturing and preservation process, step by step
Mastering quality control with measuring devices
Defining the correct dosages and application methods according to your crops and field issues
Workshop on measuring and observing different lacto-fermented samples

Module 3

Understanding water revitalization through three approaches: experimental, artistic, and scientific, for a comprehensive and nuanced perspective
Understanding the difference between filtered, revitalized, and informed water
Knowing the different filtration systems for which types of pollution
Accessing a summary of the latest research findings on water revitalization
Applying these principles practically in agriculture: their effects, limitations, and protocols
Discovering the different revitalization systems and their characteristics
Identifying essential prerequisites: agro-ecological practices and lacto-fermented preparations as foundations
Optimizing the revitalization process: the key parameters to master for measurable results in the field
Workshop involving measurement, observation, and tasting, all centered around revitalized/informed water

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

This training is for you if…

Are you a farmer, market gardener, winegrower, cereal farmer, or livestock breeder looking for natural, practical, simple, and concrete solutions to regenerate your soils and optimize crop health, and make better use of your compost, manure, etc.? Are you an agricultural advisor or technician looking to expand your diagnostic and solution toolkit? Do you already use fermented preparations but want to understand their potential, how to optimize them, and why one recipe is better than another? Are you interested in agroecology and want to go beyond traditional conservation agriculture techniques? Are you wondering what biostimulants are available and what their effects are?
